The DirtWhacker V-plough is mounted on the inside of the return belt and discharges carryback evenly to each side of the conveyor. The V-plough is designed to remove any rocks on the return trip, thereby protecting the tail pulley from getting damaged. The V-plough floats on the inside of the belt and is adjusted using a turn-shackle. The polyurethane blade is a gravity self-adjusting, as the blades wears the unit adjust towards the belt, providing a constant blade to belt solutions. Our V-Plough scrapers are available in a variety of widths ranging from 450mm up to 3000 mm.
